feeling their joy

I went to the doctors today for a follow-up review of my neck x-rays. Turns out I wasn't scheduled today like I thought. As I walked out of the building feeling like that was a waste of time, my attention turned to 5 adults all excited as they were looking at an ultrasound picture. They were tripping over themselves with excitement as they were walking stumbling out the door. <-- that pure joy and excitement over what is to come was fun to see. not a waste of time at all.
